I have been visiting Claire for Botched Ink removal on my eyebrows for nearly a year. When I first met Claire, I was an absolute anxious mess after being traumatised at another salon during a previous removal experience.
I found Claire on a Facebook forum, and she gave sound advice about removal and clearly knew a lot about pigments. That was really important to me when trying to find the right person after what I had been through.
Claire has given me my confidence back. I’ve started to love myself again, socialise with my friends, and I have now returned to work after a year away.
As well as being my beauty therapist, she has become a friend, my agony aunt, and counsellor. I now go for monthly “Claire's special facials,” as I call them, and my skin has improved immensely.

I recently trained with the very lovely Claire Stokes in Thermolysis. Claire is an exceptional trainer. Her knowledge of the subject and years of experience put me instantly at ease. She has a calm manner and explained everything in detail. A good mix of theory and hands-on experience. Lots of models were provided for the practical sessions (which were my favourite)! There is a multi-storey car park directly opposite the salon, with charging for electric cars. I highly recommend Claire to anyone wanting to expand their treatment range. I will be going back later this year to do Electrolysis, and I can't wait! Thank you, Claire.
